Because SEO, social media management, and advertising campaigns involve immediate labor and non-recoverable costs, payments for monthly retainers and completed service milestones are generally non-refundable.
For project-based work, such as web development or graphic design, partial refunds may be considered if a cancellation request is received before the production phase begins, subject to a deduction for any administrative or initial strategy work already performed. We encourage open communication and will always work diligently to resolve any concerns regarding project deliverables to ensure your business goals are met.
Payments for Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and monthly digital marketing retainers are generally non-refundable as the work is performed in real-time. If you wish to cancel a monthly subscription, you must provide notice 15 days prior to the next billing cycle.
For web development projects, a refund may be requested if the project has not yet reached the design phase. Once design or development work has commenced, a partial refund may be issued minus the cost of hours already billed. No refunds will be issued once the website has been approved or launched.
